To pinpoint the primary user concerns, I initiated research by engaging with existing users and analyzing online reviews. A prevailing theme emerged, highlighting dissatisfaction with Shopify’s reports feature, where users are unable to access their profits from a single collection. Collections include, Brands, Seasons, Clothing, Accessories, etc.
We researched alternative apps in the same field of e-commerce. In contrast to the results, Shopify did not provide essential information and customizable reports, prompting us to establish it as our goal for solution.
With our gathered information, we created a Persona to help understand the user's needs, experiences, behaviors, and goals.
